Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency, timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage production schedules and workflow.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as required to meet deadlines.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage production staff, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliance, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments (procurement, quality, maintenance, etc.) for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.
