Role Summary
Shivashakti Agritec Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives to promote and sell agricultural products across districts in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, willing to travel, and capable of building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
- Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to support product development and strategy.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Stay updated with agricultural trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of sales & marketing strategies.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of agricultural products will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Prior experience in Sales & Marketing is mandatory
- Candidates from Bareilly and nearby districts will be given preference.
