Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Trainee Associate to join our Production team. The candidate will assist in multiple stages of the production process including machine operation, assembly, quality checks, packaging, and maintaining workplace cleanliness. This role ensures that production goals, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment and machinery.
• Assemble components or products as per company specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks and report any defects or discrepancies.
• Handle packaging of finished goods and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report hazards or incidents.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets and timelines.
• Support in inventory management and material handling when required.
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to improve production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass (12th/ITI preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in Production / Quality / Manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and measurements.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and overtime if required.
