Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in maintaining premises and assist with basic health and personal care needs of residents/patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents/patients with daily living activities (mobility, hygiene, dressing, eating, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of assigned areas.
• Monitor the wellbeing of patients/residents and report concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Support nursing staff in basic healthcare activities as required.
• Provide emotional support, care, and companionship to residents/patients.
• Ensure timely assistance in routine tasks like serving meals, managing personal hygiene, and escorting patients when needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols at all times.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality while on duty.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Prior experience as a caretaker in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or residential setups.
• Good understanding of patient/resident care needs.
• Ability to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and a safe environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and compassion.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to handle caregiving duties.
