Experience: Prior experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in warehouse operations is mandatory

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team at CII Model Career Centre. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the system accurately.

- Logistics Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
- Follow proper storage procedures to ensure easy retrieval and space utilization.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage or loss.

- Process Optimization:
- Follow best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Suggest improvements for warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Support in implementation of lean processes for smooth operations.

Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
- Ability to use basic warehouse management systems or manual records.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, moving goods, etc.).
- Team player with good communication skills.
Working Hours:
- 9 Hours per day (including breaks)
- Week Off: 4 per month
