About the Role
We are urgently hiring Warehouse Assistants to support our warehouse operations in Cotton Green, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Knowledge: Good understanding of warehouse operations preferred
- Location Preference: Only candidates residing in Mumbai will be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations
- Perform inventory handling, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse
- Support loading/unloading of goods as required
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and labeling for easy identification
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and smooth operations
- Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of warehouse/packing operations
- Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
Working Conditions
- Shift Timings: As per warehouse requirements
- Week Offs: 4 per month (rotational)
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, physically demanding, and team-oriented
