Job Description – Picker / Packer

Location: Gurugram (Haryana)

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
• Male candidates required.
• Must have prior experience as Picker / Packer.
• Good knowledge of order picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Pick items accurately from inventory as per order list.
2. Pack items securely to avoid damage during handling or shipment.
3. Label, seal, and prepare parcels for dispatch.
4. Conduct quality checks before packing to ensure correct products and good condition.
5. Maintain daily records and update order sheets/scanner devices.
6. Achieve daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
7. Follow safety, hygiene, and warehouse protocols.
8. Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Salary & Benefits:

• Rs. 14,500/- per month:
  • Basic Pay: Rs. 12,000/- P.M.
  • DBT Stipend: Rs. 1,500/- P.M.
  • Attendance Award: Rs. 1,000/- P.M.
• Overtime (OT): Paid at double rate.
• Canteen Facility: Available at subsidized rates during duty hours.
• Transport Facility: Free pick-up & drop from IMT Manesar, Gurugram Flyover to Maruti Gate No.4.
• Uniform Facility: Free of cost.

• Physically fit to lift, move, and pack parcels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
