Job Description:
Galactic Solution is looking for dedicated and experienced Picker / Packer candidates to join our logistics and warehouse team for Flipkart parcel packing operations. The role requires ensuring accuracy in picking items, packing them securely, and preparing orders for timely dispatch while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory as per order sheet.
- Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Label and organize parcels for shipment.
- Verify and cross-check orders before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
- Follow company safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Assist in loading/unloading as required.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
- Experience: Previous work experience as a Picker / Packer in e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics industry.
- Good knowledge of order picking and packing processes.
- Physically fit and able to handle parcels efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and labeling.
