About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller with an ITI or equivalent qualification to join our team at Evolve HR Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to convert conversations into leads or sales. This role is crucial in building customer relationships, generating business, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve them with accurate information.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, sales, and collection targets.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to improve call strategies and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: ITI / High School / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be a plus).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
