Job Title - Trainer – Assistant Mason (CON/Q0102)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka(Interview Mode: Online)
Certification Requirement: Must be TOT-Certified by the relevant Sector Skill Council (e.g., CSDCI)
About the Role
As a Trainer for the Assistant Mason qualification pack (CON/Q0102), you will deliver skill-based training aligned with NSQF Level 3 standards, focusing on practical competency and classroom facilitation. You will counsel candidates, deliver structured modules, ensure robust attendance tracking, and guide learners toward assessment and certification. Your goal: enable a 95% pass rate and motivate candidates for placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Counselling & Onboarding
- Conduct initial orientation sessions and career counselling for enrolled trainees.

- Training Delivery
- Execute structured training as per the Sector Skill Council’s module curriculum and Model Curriculum for Assistant Mason (NSQF Level 3)

- Attendance & MIS Tracking
- Maintain daily attendance registers; compile and submit daily MIS (Management Information System) reports.

- Administer pre-assessments; prepare and guide candidates for final evaluation and certification.

- Drive instructional strategies and interventions to achieve and uphold a 95% pass rate.

- Strictly adhere to TOT standards and guidelines as mandated by the Sector Skill Council.

Education, Qualification & Experience Requirements (as per NSQF and SSC Guidelines)
- Minimum Education:
- At least 10th standard pass, ITI (Civil), Diploma, or equivalent in a relevant trade.
- Relevant for NSQF Level 3 role.

- Experience:
- 8 + years of continuous construction experience if 10th/ITI qualified;
- OR 5+ years’ experience if Diploma or higher.

- Preferably 2 years of prior training or teaching experience;
- OR 2 years of site supervision experience in construction.

- Communication & Language Skills:
