About the Role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be part of the frontline sales team responsible for acquiring new customers, selling banking & third-party financial products, and driving business growth for a leading private bank. The role demands high sales orientation, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sell banking & third-party products to new and existing customers based on their financial needs.
  • Conduct offsite marketing activities and travel locally to acquire new customers on a daily basis.
  • Cross-sell products and generate deposits from existing customers.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) and participate in all training programs.
  • Ensure daily entry of customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.
  • Participate in business initiatives, campaigns, and customer engagement programs launched by the bank.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduation from a recognized institute (Post Graduate preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers can apply (banking/financial sales experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills (English & local language).
  • Excellent lead generation & conversion skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets consistently.
  • Team player with high sales orientation.
  • Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition.
  • Must own a compatible Android/iOS smartphone for work applications.
