Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant housekeeping experience in hotels/hospitality industry

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad. The role requires delivering high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that rooms and public areas are well maintained as per hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Room Preparation & Cleaning:
- Enters and prepares guest rooms for cleaning.
- Dusts and sanitizes furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Vacuums and maintains carpets.
- Cleans closets and ensures proper arrangement.
- Cleans bathrooms, including mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower, bathtub, and floor.
- Replaces soiled/damaged bathrobes, linens, and amenities as per standards.
- Enters and prepares guest rooms for cleaning.
- Guest Supplies & Amenities:
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies according to operational standards.
- Ensures correct placement of hangers, blankets, pillows, and luggage racks.
- Delivers and retrieves guest loan items (e.g., iron, ironing board).
- Responsible for replenishing complimentary water and other amenities.
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies according to operational standards.
- Guest Interaction & Service:
- Anticipates guest needs and responds promptly to requests and complaints.
- Maintains positive guest relations and ensures guest privacy at all times.
- Provides turndown services when required.
- Resolves guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.

- Operational Duties:
- Performs rotation cleaning duties (steam cleaning, spring cleaning, deep cleaning).
- Updates room cleaning status on assignment sheet.
- Returns and restocks housekeeping cart at end of shift.
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Responsible for cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of assigned work areas.
- Performs rotation cleaning duties (steam cleaning, spring cleaning, deep cleaning).
- Safety & Security:
- Ensures security of guest rooms and belongings while cleaning.
- Reports maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Adheres to health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.

Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning equipment.
- Eye for detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Guest-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
