Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team at MEGA MIND SOLUTIONS. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of machine operations, with the ability to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain machinery for efficient production. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
- Prepare, calibrate, and adjust equipment as per production requirements.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain machinery by performing preventive maintenance and reporting major issues.
- Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily/weekly production targets.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety norms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Good knowledge of machine functions, tools, and equipment handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
