Job Description:
We are hiring Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and patient comfort in hospitals. Candidates must be hardworking, punctual, physically fit, and willing to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms, wards, corridors, and hospital premises.
- Disinfect medical equipment and hospital surfaces as per infection control protocols.
- Assist patients with basic non-clinical needs (similar to GDA support role).
- Perform waste disposal, bio-medical waste management, and laundry duties.
- Replenish supplies such as sanitizers, cleaning agents, and hospital linens.
- Maintain housekeeping logs and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with hospital staff and supervisors to ensure patient-friendly service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (ITI in relevant trade preferred)
- Experience: Prior hospital housekeeping experience is an advantage
- Physical Fitness: Must be fit, active, and capable of handling hospital duties
- Soft Skills: Discipline, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
