Job Overview:

Nanosemi Enterprises is hiring Field Executives for the promotion and execution of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales/field targets. This role offers a fixed salary along with attractive incentives per site completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and create awareness about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna among households and institutions.
• Acquire new clients by conducting field visits, surveys, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
• Meet assigned targets within defined timelines.
• Collect and maintain customer data, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide basic information about scheme benefits, process, and installation to customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and installation completion.
• Prepare daily/weekly field activity reports using MS Word and Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: ITI Pass (Electrical/Mechanical or relevant trade preferred).
• Prior field experience in sales, promotion, or customer acquisition.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel for reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally in Lucknow and Noida.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
