Job Overview:
Labournet Service India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Operator to support manufacturing operations. The role involves operating production machinery, ensuring quality standards, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all tools and machines are in proper working condition before and after use.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality production output.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines in the workplace.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: ITI Pass Diploma in Mechanical
- Proven experience as a Production Operator in manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Good knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
