Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Designation: Tele Sales Executive
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Prior experience in Tele Sales/Telecalling preferred
Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company products and services, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and persuasion. The role requires a result-oriented individual with good sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products/services (GST Franchisee).
- Conduct outbound telecalls and follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update the database regularly.
- Explain product details, offers, and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and presentations to management.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and improve telecalling campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Prior experience in tele sales / Telecalling is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain persistence.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
