Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through field visits, cold calls, and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements, provide product demonstrations, and suggest suitable renewable energy solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales progress, pipeline, and performance to the Head Office.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com preferred).
- Experience: 0–1 year in sales (field / B2B / B2C). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to meet deadlines and sales goals.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
- Knowledge of solar energy or technical products will be an added advantage.
