About the Role

Sasthi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in the plywood industry, is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, enhance market penetration, and strengthen relationships with end-users, architects, dealers, and contractors.

This role will work closely with our unique initiative “Dr. HAREN (Ply ka Doctor)”, leveraging survey insights to educate customers, identify their needs, and convert opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, self-driven, and passionate about sales & marketing in the building materials/plywood sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly engage and educate customers about the features and benefits of our plywood products.
• Generate sales by identifying customer requirements and providing effective, customized solutions.
• Collaborate with Ply Doctor Executives (Dr. HAREN) to convert survey results into actionable sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and dealers.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between dealers, distributors, and the company.
• Identify and explore new construction and renovation sites to expand market reach.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients and channel partners to ensure repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and competitor analysis for management review.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).
• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the plywood, building materials, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, site surveys, and dealer meetings.
