Job Summary:
ATMC Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and passionate Trainer for Drone Service Technician (ELE/Q7003) who will be responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding students/trainees in accordance with the Sector Skill Council curriculum. The candidate must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council, possess a strong understanding of drone technologies, and have hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting drones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to candidates as per the NSQF-aligned Drone Service Technician (ELE/Q7003) curriculum.
- Provide counseling and career guidance to trainees.
- Ensure effective learning by using innovative training methodologies, tools, and demonstrations.
- Conduct practical sessions on drone assembly, repair, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor trainee attendance, maintain daily training records, and prepare MIS reports.
- Conduct pre-assessments and mock tests to evaluate the trainees’ understanding.
- Ensure compliance with training quality standards set by the Sector Skill Council.
- Support trainees in preparing for final assessments and certification.
- Maintain discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education & Certification:
- Graduate in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Computer Science / IT or equivalent discipline.
- TOT (Training of Trainers) Certification from the respective Sector Skill Council is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Drone Technology, Repair, and Maintenance.
- Prior experience as a trainer in skill development/technical training will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Drone Service Technician NOS (ELE/Q7003).
- Hands-on experience in drone assembly, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in using training aids, tools, and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage classroom and practical sessions effectively.
