Job Overview:
SAMS Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrician with good technical knowledge in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of handling electrical work in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and lighting fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in offices, malls, residential premises, and other facilities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical equipment such as generators, UPS, and switchboards.
- Ensure proper functioning of safety devices such as MCBs, ELCBs, and earthing systems.
- Assist in electrical fit-outs during facility setup, renovation, or repair works.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and fix them promptly.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and inventory in proper condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards while working with electrical systems.
- Coordinate with facility managers and other technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proven experience as an Electrician in facility management/maintenance services.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring layouts, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with tools and electrical measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
