Job Overview
Vardhman Textile Limited is seeking dedicated and hardworking Helpers to join our Textile Processing Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting machine operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality standards in textile processing.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Assist in operating textile processing machines under the guidance of supervisors.
Ø Load and unload raw materials and finished products in the machines.
Ø Monitor machine operations and promptly report any malfunctions.
Ø Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
Ø Support senior operators and technicians in day-to-day activities.
Ø Handle textiles carefully to avoid damage and maintain product quality.
Ø Follow company’s safety protocols, SOPs, and production guidelines.
Qualification & Experience
Ø Minimum Education: 12th Pass.
Ø Experience: Prior experience in textile.
Ø Knowledge: Good understanding of machine handling in textile/industrial setup.
Skills Required
Ø Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ø Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
Ø Basic knowledge of safety practices in industrial operations.
