About the Role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be part of the frontline sales team responsible for customer acquisition and banking product sales. This role involves field sales, customer interaction, and achieving business targets.

You will play a crucial role in promoting banking and third-party financial products, conducting local marketing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell banking and third-party products to new customers.
  • Conduct daily field visits and marketing activities to meet prospective customers.
  • Cross-sell products to existing customers and encourage more deposits.
  • Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate customer interactions are recorded in the bank’s CRM system.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Complete all required certifications (e.g., AMFI, EUIN).
  • Follow compliance, regulatory, and organizational guidelines strictly.
  • Participate in learning programs and sales initiatives organized by the company.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation from a recognized institute (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Freshers can apply (Preferred)

Role Proficiencies

  • Strong communication skills (English and local language).
  • Good lead generation and conversion skills.
  • High sales orientation with the ability to meet targets consistently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
  • Must own a compatible mobile device (Android/iOS).
