Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients with a strong understanding of their requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Negotiate sales terms, close deals effectively, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and customer acquisition techniques.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
