Designation: Production Executive
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Must have relevant experience in Production
Industry: Manufacturing
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Production Support
- Assist in daily production activities under the guidance of supervisors.
- Operate machinery and equipment after proper training.
- Monitor the production process and report abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
2. Quality & Process Control
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality parameters during production.
- Assist in root-cause analysis of quality issues and provide suggestions for improvements.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain production logs, shift reports, and process records.
- Record data related to production output, downtime, and defects.
- Support supervisors in preparing daily/weekly performance reports.
4. Learning & Skill Development
- Gain hands-on knowledge of machines, tools, and manufacturing systems.
- Learn lean manufacturing practices, 5S, Kaizen, and other process improvement methods.
- Participate in training programs on safety, quality, and productivity enhancement.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety rules, PPE requirements, and fire/emergency protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Report unsafe conditions or potential hazards immediately.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery.
- Basic understanding of quality control and process improvement methods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs carefully.
- Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
