Job Overview:
Yuvi HR Enterprises is seeking an experienced Baby Care Assistant to provide safe, nurturing, and attentive care for infants and young children. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of child care practices, hygiene, and developmental needs, along with the ability to create a warm and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care to babies/children including feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changing.
- Monitor the child’s health, behavior, and overall well-being.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks as per child’s requirements.
- Follow parents’ instructions regarding child’s routine, diet, and health care.
- Handle emergencies with patience and responsibility.
- Maintain records of child’s daily activities and development (if required).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proven work experience in baby care/nanny/child care services.
- Good knowledge of child health, nutrition, and hygiene.
- Patient, caring, and responsible personality.
- Ability to manage child-related tasks independently.
- Good communication skills to interact with parents.
