Job Overview:
Yuvi HR Enterprises is looking for an experienced Cook / Chef with strong culinary skills and a passion for preparing quality food. The candidate must be capable of handling kitchen operations, preparing a variety of dishes, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals as per company/client requirements.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Innovate and introduce new recipes or dishes when required.
- Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proven work experience as a Cook / Chef in hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
- Good knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
