Yuvi HR Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to enhance business visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Promote and sell company services/products to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend growth strategies.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
