Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating and maintaining machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Maintain high levels of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the shop floor.
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Follow company policies, production schedules, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator (manufacturing/production industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in day/night rotational shifts.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude.
