Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in field sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to generate leads, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth. Prior experience in the automobile, logistics, or fleet management sector will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Wheelseye’s products and services to both existing and potential clients.
- Conduct customer needs assessment and cost-benefit analysis to provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong and positive client relationships.
- Track and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Support marketing strategies and contribute to market expansion plans.
- Perform cold calling, client meetings, and on-ground visits to generate leads.
- Execute field-based sales activities with daily face-to-face client interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales / business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Willingness to work on the field 25–26 days a month.
- Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license and an Android smartphone.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
