Experience: Prior experience in delivery services (Amazon, Flipkart, e-commerce) preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹1,500 (Attendance Bonus) = ₹16,500 per month + PF + ESI + Petrol (₹3.14/km) + Mobile Allowance (₹250) + Incentives (above 50 packets)
Duty: 26 Days/Month
About the Role
We are hiring Delivery Boys (Bikers) for Amazon and Flipkart delivery operations in Jaipur. The role involves ensuring safe, timely, and accurate parcel delivery to customers while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse and deliver them to customers’ addresses.
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
- Handle parcels carefully and maintain proper delivery records.
- Manage cash on delivery (COD) transactions when required.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Report to the supervisor for any delivery or route issues.
- Adhere to traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of local routes in Jaipur.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike (mandatory).
- Ability to handle smartphones and delivery apps.
- Basic communication skills (Hindi).
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,500
- PF & ESI benefits
- Petrol Allowance: ₹3.14/km
- Mobile Allowance: ₹250
- Attractive Incentives for delivering above 50 parcels/day
- Total Earning Potential: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000+ per month
