Job Title: Picker & Packer – Flipkart Warehouse

Experience: Prior experience as a Picker and Packer or in warehouse operations preferred
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month
About the Role
Flipkart, in partnership with Ability Connect, is looking for reliable and hardworking Pickers & Packers for its warehouse operations in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. This role involves handling customer orders with accuracy, efficiency, and care, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory accurately as per order sheets.
- Pack and label products properly for dispatch.
- Sort, scan, and organize goods in designated warehouse areas.
- Load and unload goods as per operational requirements.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company standard operating procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of picker & packer operations.
- Basic computer/scanner handling skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages as per warehouse requirements.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
