Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be at least 12th pass, have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and be capable of handling goods with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from shelves based on order lists and prepare them for packing.
- Pack, label, and seal products safely for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of orders picked and packed.
- Check products for damages or missing items before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counting.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass.
- Proven experience as a Picker Packer / Warehouse Associate.
- Good knowledge of order picking, packing, and warehouse practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move packages when required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of handling scanners or inventory systems is an advantage.
