Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive (FSE) with hands-on experience in business development and sales, preferably in the automobile or fleet management sector. The FSE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth through ground-based market activities.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Selling and promoting Wheelseye’s products to existing and potential clients.
  • Conducting customer needs analysis and presenting cost-benefit solutions.
  • Building, establishing, and maintaining strong business relationships with clients.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitors’ sales activities in the market.
  • Assisting in executing corporate marketing strategies and expanding company reach.
  • Performing cold calling and field visits to generate leads and close deals.
  • Managing complete ground-based sales work through face-to-face (F2F) visits.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales (B2B/B2C).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
  • Willingness to work extensively on the field (25–26 days a month).
  • Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driver’s license and an Android smartphone.
  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
