Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator with good knowledge of handling and maintaining factory machinery. The candidate must ensure smooth machine operations, follow safety protocols, and support production efficiency by maintaining equipment and handling raw materials.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor factory machinery to ensure smooth functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Measure and feed raw materials accurately into machines.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the maintenance team for any technical issues.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (ITI/Diploma in relevant trade will be an added advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setup required.
- Good knowledge of machine operations, production processes, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as needed.
