Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at Wheelseye Technology Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting Wheelseye’s technology-driven solutions to customers. This role involves extensive fieldwork, client meetings, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have prior field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Wheelseye’s products/services to both existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client needs assessment and perform cost-benefit analysis to offer suitable solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities in the market.
  • Support corporate marketing initiatives and contribute to market expansion.
  • Execute cold calling and ground visits to potential clients for business acquisition.
  • Perform end-to-end ground sales activities, including face-to-face client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
  • Qualification: At least 12th Pass.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to work extensively on the field (25-26 days/month).
  • Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license and an Android smartphone.
