Role Description

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Executive will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth front-office operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in NSP, Delhi.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including phone calls, visitor log, and appointments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, calls).
  • Maintain office security by following safety protocols and controlling access.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services when required.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and management teams as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in front desk/receptionist roles.
  • Age Limit: Should not be more than 30 years.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Prior experience in the finance or consultancy industry will be an added advantage.
