The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through direct field sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Meet and engage with clients to promote company products and services.
- Effectively present, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Maintain a strong follow-up with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally while working in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven field sales experience (mandatory).
- Graduate preferred (minimum Class 12 qualification required).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert potential clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and energetic.
- Must be ready to work in the field for 25–26 days a month.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
