The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with a strong understanding of business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management. This role requires a self-motivated professional with proven expertise in achieving targets, driving growth, and contributing to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for sales, client acquisition, and retention.
- Negotiate business deals, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and share insights with management.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Experience: Prior experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of business development and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
