Job Summary:
Forbes Facility Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician with ITI qualification and strong technical expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring safety compliance, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, repair, and installation work in commercial and residential facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in equipment, wiring, circuits, and panels.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and assist in reducing electrical consumption.
- Provide immediate emergency response and corrective actions during power outages, equipment failures, or electrical hazards.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of repair/maintenance work.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Proactively monitor and test electrical systems to ensure smooth functionality and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certification in Electrician Trade (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in electrical maintenance & repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and safety procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability during emergencies.
- Excellent client-handling approach and communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various facility environments.
