Position Overview:
I Daksha Training Academy Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer for Bridal, Fashion & Portfolio Makeup Artist (BWS/Q0301 V3) to deliver high-quality training aligned with the NSQF standards. The trainer must be TOT certified by the respective Sector Skill Council and have a strong background in bridal, fashion, editorial, and portfolio makeup artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions as per Sector Skill Council curriculum (BWS/Q0301 V3).
- Train students with deep focus on bridal makeup techniques, high-fashion and editorial looks, and portfolio-building skills.
- Provide creative art direction and guidance to students for industry-ready portfolio development.
- Mentor and motivate learners through personalized coaching and professional branding strategies, including social media presence.
- Assess student performance, maintain attendance records, and submit periodic progress reports.
- Ensure training delivery meets NSQF, SSC, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest bridal and fashion makeup trends, techniques, and tools to deliver cutting-edge knowledge.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- TOT Certification from the respective Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) – mandatory.
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Professional Makeup Artistry (Bridal, Fashion, Editorial).
- Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Professional Makeup Artistry (Bridal, Fashion, Editorial).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in bridal, fashion, and portfolio makeup.
- Proven track record in training/mentoring students in beauty & wellness domain.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in bridal, fashion, and portfolio makeup.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong technical expertise in makeup artistry (bridal, editorial, portfolio).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of social media branding and marketing for makeup artists.
- Passion for creative direction and trend forecasting.
