Job Overview
Axis Life Science Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Sales Executives to strengthen our sales and distribution network. The role is ideal for Graduates with 2–5 years of sales experience who are proficient in English and regional languages (Bengali/Tamil/Telugu) and possess strong computer skills (DCA preferred). Candidates should be dynamic, target-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining strong distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make courtesy calls to clients/distributors and maintain strong professional relations.
- Plan and execute sales & collection strategies effectively.
- Consistently achieve sales and collection targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Maintain, manage, and expand relationships with existing distributors.
- Execute sales activities, record sales data, and maintain order information accurately.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Support management with sales reports, market insights, and business opportunities.
- Handle any additional tasks related to the sales portfolio as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Bengali/Tamil/Telugu).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to plan strategically and achieve targets.
