Job Overview
Skilled Jobs Training and Consultancy Services, on behalf of our esteemed client DMW CNC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is seeking experienced CNC/VMC Machine Operators with strong technical expertise in machine operations, setting, cutting, and programming. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC/VMC machines to ensure smooth production processes.
- Set up machines, tools, and workpieces as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform cutting, setting, and basic programming of CNC/VMC machines.
- Ensure precision machining as per client specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.
- Maintain records of production, inspection, and maintenance activities.
- Follow workplace safety, health, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate (Technical qualification preferred).
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine operations is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, cutters, setters, and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Job Details
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Location: Coimbatore.
- Benefits: Free Food & Accommodation (Room available).
