Job Summary:

Company Limited is seeking an experienced Delivery Executive to ensure timely, accurate, and secure deliveries while upholding the company’s standards of safety, reliability, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivery operations and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety, Compliance, and Reliability – Strictly follow traffic rules, company policies, and delivery protocols to ensure safe and secure operations.
- Flexibility & Operational Readiness – Manage varying delivery loads, route changes, and urgent assignments effectively.
- Tech Utilization – Operate mobile delivery apps, GPS navigation, and company software for real-time tracking and status updates.
- Adaptability – Adjust quickly to changing schedules, routes, and operational demands.
- Brand Representation – Maintain a professional appearance, courteous behavior, and represent the company positively to clients.
- Handle goods and packages with care, ensuring proper verification and proof of delivery.
- Maintain delivery vehicle in good working condition, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Delivery Executive is mandatory.
- License: Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (if bike delivery is required).
- Good knowledge of delivery routes and operational areas in Ghaziabad.
- Basic smartphone handling and familiarity with delivery applications.
- Strong punctuality, communication, and time management skills.
