A P Securitas Pvt. Ltd. Company Limited is looking for an experienced Delivery Boy (Biker) who is committed to delivering parcels and documents with speed, accuracy, and utmost professionalism. The ideal candidate must ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Compliance as a Priority – Follow all road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company guidelines to ensure a safe delivery process.
- Adaptability & Efficiency in Operations – Manage multiple delivery assignments, adapt to dynamic routes, and complete tasks within given timelines.
- Embracing Technology for Seamless Delivery – Use company-provided apps, GPS, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in deliveries.
- Role as Security Ambassador – Handle all deliveries with care, ensuring confidential and valuable items are transported securely.
- Customer Confidence & Professionalism – Interact politely with customers, maintain a professional appearance, and represent the company positively.
- Verify delivery addresses, collect signatures, and submit proof of delivery through designated tools.
- Maintain the assigned delivery bike in good condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience: Must have prior experience as a Delivery Boy / Biker.
- Licenses: Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and registration.
- Good knowledge of delivery processes and routes in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
- Familiarity with smartphones, navigation apps, and digital delivery tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.
