The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate with proven experience in sales and marketing, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to promote both in-person and digital sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through direct sales and marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute experiential and event-based marketing activities to engage customers.
• Promote company products and services, emphasizing quality, trust, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, online promotions, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the dealer franchise network to strengthen brand presence and market reach.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to develop effective strategies.
• Assist in finance-related discussions with customers to build financial trust and stability.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (B.Com mandatory).
• Experience: Proven track record in sales & marketing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
