Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years of Sales / Field Sales Experience (NBFC / Banking / Financial Products Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Business Development
    • Generate leads from the open market, references, and various sales channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) for business sourcing.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Ensure personalized service to meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
  3. Sales Target Achievement
    • Implement and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Organize and participate in promotional loan events and on-ground marketing activities.
  4. Loan Processing & Coordination
    • Meet clients for loan requirement discussions, verify documents, and process loan applications.
    • Coordinate with the credit team for loan sanction and disbursement while ensuring due diligence.
  5. Market Expansion
    • Empanel new and used vehicle dealers in the market to expand business reach.
    • Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  6. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
    • Take ownership of 1st EMI pending cases, unpaid accounts, ED (Early Default) cases, and NS (Non-Start) accounts to ensure resolution.
  7. Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain timely reporting of sales performance and market feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products (Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, SME Loans, etc.).
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-driven with problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and dealer visits.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Industrial Certificate : Experience
