About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be part of the front-line sales team, responsible for driving business growth through acquiring new customers, selling banking and third-party products, and achieving sales targets. This is a high-activity, field-based role involving regular client interaction, marketing activities, and cross-selling opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell banking and third-party financial products to new customers based on their needs.
  • Conduct local marketing activities and travel to meet potential clients daily.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Contact existing customers to encourage additional deposits and cross-sell other products.
  • Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Complete all mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) within stipulated timelines.
  • Participate in all training and learning activities as scheduled by the company.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Follow all compliance, regulatory, and legislative guidelines.
  • Support company-wide initiatives to enhance customer engagement and sales growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduation from a recognized institute (mandatory).
  • Experience: Prior experience in business development, sales, or banking preferred; freshers may also apply.
  • Language Skills: Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language.
  • Technical Skills: Should have a compatible Android/iOS mobile device.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Team-oriented with high sales orientation.
    • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

  • Salary: ₹ 15000– ₹ 20000  per month.
