Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to prospect and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized workforce solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Conduct internet research to identify prospects and generate leads.
  • Source new sales opportunities via cold calling, social media, and networking.
  • Set up client meetings, qualify leads, and identify requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on product and service solutions.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Create and present sales and financial data reports during review meetings.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Negotiate and close deals, managing any client objections or complaints.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (preferred).

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the local job market and related industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in a similar role.
