Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Graduate in Engineering (Biomedical, Electronics, or related discipline).
- Minimum [X years] of relevant experience in servicing and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Skills Required
- Knowledge & Understanding of Medical Equipment – ECG Machines, Ventilators, Defibrillators.
- Familiarity with vendor maintenance techniques and service protocols.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, calibration, servicing, and maintenance of ECG machines, ventilators, and defibrillators.
- Delivering services to customers effectively, professionally, and within stipulated timelines.
- Monitoring, testing, and maintaining optimal performance of machinery.
- Providing on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Training and guiding customers on equipment usage, safety, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate service logs, repair reports, and customer feedback records.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical support.
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and operational guidelines.
